Effective Date: 20th May 2015
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
(A) How We Collect And Use Information
We collect the following types of information about you:
- Information You Provide Us Directly:
TBOX collects both personal information and non-personal information that you provide to us, including personal information that may be contained in any video, comment, or other submission you upload or post to the Service. “Personal information” is information that identifies you and can be used alone to contact you online or offline. TBOX may collect personal information from you in the context of:
(a) Account registration and administration of your user account;
(b) Customer support and technical assistance;
(c) Processing your order for products or services offered by TBOX;
(d) Registration for your TBOX products;
(e) Providing updates to you regarding your TBOX products;
(f) Newsletter subscriptions;
(g) Access to TBOX products or services on social networks or third party services;
(h) Services provided online, by way of your mobile device or the TBOX software; and
(i) Other uses of the Services where personal information is requested for use and/or participation.
The specific types of personal information collected will depend upon the activity and may include your full name, email address, phone number, home address, mobile phone number, credit card information, and shipping address. Our mobile services may request access to your photos, WiFi network name and product serial number. TBOX may also ask for “non-personal information,” i.e., information that, alone, cannot be used to identify or contact you. Such non-personal information may include, for example, gender, birth date, or zip code. You may be asked to submit non-personal information with personal information or separately. If the personal information you provide to us is incomplete or inaccurate, we may be unable to provide you, or someone else you know, with the services or products, you or they are seeking.
- Automatically Collected Information:
(a) Log File Information:
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access the Services. When you use the Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include anonymous information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
(b) Location Data
When you access the Services by or through a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. Location data may convey to us information about how you browse and use the Service. Some features of the Services, particularly location-based services, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.
(d) ?Clear GIFs / Web Beacons
When you use the Services, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to anonymously track the online usage patterns of our Users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personal information. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Services.
(e) Analytics Information
We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and services, such as Google Analytics, to help us measure traffic at our website. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
(f) Ad Servers, Third Party Advertising And Website Analytics
We do not serve third party advertisements to you while using www.184.108.40.206\/tbox. However, we do work with website analytics and advertising partners to deliver TBOX advertisements on third party publisher websites – these partners may set cookies on your computer’s web browser. These cookies allow our partners to recognize your computer so that the ad server can show you TBOX advertisements elsewhere on the Internet, and so that our analytics software can measure your engagement and interactions while using www.220.127.116.11\/tbox. In this way, ad servers may compile anonymous, non-personal information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw our advertisements, whether or not you interacted with our advertisements, and actions performed on subsequent visits to www.18.104.22.168\/tbox. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you, and it allows TBOX to optimize the performance of our advertising campaigns and the usability of our website. In other words, we use analytics data in concert with data about our online ads that have been shown using online advertising networks. By doing so, we can understand how anonymous users interacted with our website after seeing our ads.
??(g) Mobile Software Applications
When you use a TBOX mobile application, we may automatically receive certain information about your mobile device and use of the application, including a device identifier, operating system, version, and other information about your mobile device as well as time spent in different portions of the TBOX mobile application. We monitor customer software usage to help us develop the design and layout of the mobile application and to improve the content to better match the interests of our users. We may also collect different types of information about your location, including general information (e.g., IP address, zip code) and more specific information (e.g., GPS-based functionality on mobile devices used to access the Services), and may use that information to customize the Services. If you access the Services through a mobile device and you do not want your device to provide us with location-tracking information, you can disable the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device, provided your device allows you to do this.
Our desktop software may automatically send anonymous data about usage of the software when it connects to the internet. This information will not contain any personal information; it may contain information about your computer such as operating system, technical specifications, and data related to your use of the software on the computer, e.g., number of installs and downloads, screens visited, screen resolution selected, video recording mode, and other types of information collected to facilitate product support, product development and improvement of the software as well as other services to you and other TBOX users. We monitor customer software usage to help us develop the design and layout of the desktop software and to improve the content to better match the interests of our users.
(h) Device Identifiers
When you access the Services by or through a mobile device (including but not limited to smart-phones or tablets), we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers,” such as a universally unique identifier (“UUID”). Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by us. A device identifier may convey information to us about how you browse and use the Services. A device identifier may remain persistently on your device, to help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the Services. Some features of the Services may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
